6 week check up- what should I expect ?

Hi girls, I have my six week post pregnancy check on Wednesday (time has flown). I would appreciate knowing what they do etc...

Do I need to make appointment for it with my GP for me and my baby of Hospital for baby and GP for myself or both in hosp???
Counting the days as I can drive again and have a date night!!! :lol:

my six week check up was with my GP. She just asked me a lot of questions and gave me a priscription for birth control thats it oh and checked is my c section healing ok.
Babys check up was in the coombe just weigh him, measured height, measured his head, checked eyes, listened to his lungs, moved his legs and arms thats prety much it and also asked a lot of questions :) about his sleep how many oz he takes a day does he smile tries to talk etc....

that was the worst check up ever!!!! urine test and checked my tummy, and doc only checked babys belly button cause he has problems with it.
