At the mo Im just breast feeding, drinking lots of water.... trying not to eat too many sweets after crimbo... I love walking but finding it hard with a 3 week old in this cold weather (I know that sounds like an excuse but its sooooo cold for the little fella)...

I walk every day for 45 min I think that helps and so does breasfeeding (I top up with bottles as I can't keep up with my boy!
) Also eating healthy...And looking after a baby it's hard work! I have only 2 kilos to loose!!!
So my advice is just keep doing what you'r doing and you'll be back to your old self in no time!!!
