As I got closer to d -day, I was thinking of using pain relief as I got a bit more anxious.
My labour was only 1 hr 35 mins so didnt get a chance to use anything.
I tried gas and air for afterbirth but have an awful gag reflex so found it hard to take. It hurts your throat imo.
