Exactly what it says on the tin. Girls can i take Zitrex and hav anybody of ye took any in your own pergancy??
I suffer so bad with my sinus always have done. Was sneezin so much the other night a gave myself a sore troath.. It very annoyin havin a runny nose 24/7
Im headin doc wed to pick his brain. So no worries if nobody can answer

I had sinus pain week 5 & 6 of my pregnancy, apparently its because the blood vessels are widening to make space of the extra blood you carry when pregnant!! I just used tiger balm in a bowl of hot water to steam myself & put a tiny bit of it on my nose & temples at night! Also used a herbal MIGRA-STICK which is peppermint & lavender oil to help clear it!

Thanks hun did ya get them in the health shop?? I had vicks vapor rub today and was rubbin it on my chest and i did get a bit of relief off it mind ya.

Yea I got it in my local health food shop.....they are very good in their if you ask them what might help & tell them your expecting!

Had the same problem, you cant take any anti-histamines as far as I know.. I used a nasal rinse that you squirt up ur nose, really unpleasant but it did work..
