Maternity PJ's

Postby Rathmineslady » Thu Feb 02, 2012 4:51 pm

Girls, can anyone advise me where is the best place to buy pjs for the hospital??? I have been looking online but everything is so expensive. I want to buy nice ones so i look halfway decent for visitors. I had a look at Mothercare and Mamas and Papas online but either they don't have a huge selection or don't have my size ( i mean who is a size 6 and pregnant??? definitely not me!).

Pennys all the way.... vests and light trackie bottoms or pj bottoms! brings lots of clean vests.

I got one set in Penneys, another in Next. I'm a size 10 still in most clothes (very neat bump) so I've just bought any maternity gear for the hospital in a 12 for extra space in case of stitches or whatever.

Was just coming on here to start a thread on this! I'm looking for tips too! Although mainly about the nightdress for labour - where has everyone been getting them? Is Pennies the consensus? I had a look in there but there wasn't a huge amount with buttons down the front, like the hospital say you should get.

Dont know how I forgot about H&M! Will pop in! Did you get them with buttons down the front? Are we met to get everything with buttons down the front?

As long as they are loose enough that you can pull the front down for skin to skin & breastfeeding then they dont really need to have a button down front!
