Re: ***February Train***
Ah FFS I had a huge reply all typed up and it has bloody vanished, this site is as bad as FB!!!
Torrach as far as I can see it's grand to continue on with exercise but you have to really watch the intensity which I find hard cuz I push myself to d max! You can run alright but you have to keep your heart rate at 140bph which is so hard cuz it's practically a walk !!! I did it last night and it took me 55 mins to do a run that would normally take 35mins. I'm afraid to push it just in case! Even when i do weights I am afraid to lift over 3kg just in case. It's just driving me a bit nutty at this stage!!
Not going to bother doing a test again either until Friday or Saturday cuz by Saturday I will be a full two weeks late. I am up the walls this week with an audit at work so can't afford any distractions
I am fine with either outcome. If I am lucky and get a BFP well happy days. If I get AF well I am goin to go on one hell of a session and then enjoy loads of boldness with hubby.! Win win situation in my eyes. I would just like to find out this weekend either way but if I am anything like my sisters they didnt' find out until 6 weeks and all tests they did before that were negative.
Babydust to all of us, good luck to you tigerlilly and you do MrsEL on the 2ww xxx

Thanks girls, just goes to show that it can go haywire sometimes. This was d first time since i started periods as a teenager that i have been late!! Even when I went off d pill last June I was 29 day cycle straight away. Drinking cava now and will have a weekend of junk food, drink and a few sneaky fags and start back healthy on Monday!! Fummy that Ive been off fags 3 years but it was d first thing i wanted when AF arrived. Didnt tell hubby cuz he would kill me but i will allow myself a few tomorrow and stop again!

Yeah I think that is it MrsEL10, I know fags can kill your eggs so i guess it's just a temporary moment of madness while I have my period!!!

Re: ***February Train***
big time. To be honest I didn't think it was going to hit me so hard but i feel so sad and that i have let Alan down. I'm conscious that i am turning 39 in March and he is only 35 and i feel it's my fault cuz I am old. I have seen both of my younger sisters get pregnant within 2 months of trying and to be honest it was a miracle one of them got pregnant cuz she never got a period once she came off the pill and she did those ovulation tests and according to them she never ovulated yet still got pregnant. With the exception of this weekend I have given up the drink since we started trying mid Jan, I've always been active so no changes there. I generally don't feel sorry for myself cuz there are always people worse off but it was just hard not to be sad when d period was so bloody late. Lesson learned I guess. I still don't think I am ready for testing ovulation days or stuff like that just yet cuz I don't want it to take over my life but i will see how the next month goes ! My doc wants to see me on Tues (she is an old family friend and used to change my nappies!!) cuz she was surprised i had a late period too so she wants to check things out. I doubt she will find anything it's just one of those things but I will ask her for any advice so will share all !! x

Re: ***February Train***
No harm in going to doc anyway hun. It will happen when it's meant to. It's not your fault. We have been trying for over a year. I didn't want to get into ovulation tests or anything. Decided if we got to the year then i would. So using the cbfm this cycle and will see how it goes. We don't go out much but when we do I do drink, want to live my life too you know. Just try and relax and dtd every two or three days

Re: ***February Train***
I hear you MrsEL10. It's a fine line between chilling about it and thinking about it!!! For me and Alan we are so bloody active that a lot of the time we just fall into bed wrecked so it can be an effort to DTD!!! Sounds terrible but it's not really! I am just going to see how next month goes and try to do the best I can to get the mood going every second night once my period is finished!!!!!!!!! I have a feeling that ole nurses outfit is going to have to be brought out time and time again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: ***February Train***
Yeah it is, you need to try and not just dtd for baby-making too, we kind of got into that in the beginning and forgot that we were meant to be having fun too. So have fun with it. And if you don't feel like it don't do it, every 2nd or even 3rd night should be enough
