Hi Ladies!

Looking for some help from everyone!!

As I am new to this I was hoping to get a summary of all the ways you are TTC.

It would be great if everyone could post a tip/methods/ vitamins or advice that they have maybe heard of or that has worked for them in the past etc etc! Any posts /tips / advice would be welcome.......

For the minute all I am taking is the pregnancare conception

Take at least folic acid

I have heard agnus cactus is meant to be good too

* agnus cactus
* EPO
* OPK's
* using preseed
* this month ill be taking pineapple after ovulation and grapefruit until then
* legs in the air after DTD

In June and July i did accupuncture and reflexology also.

ok i'll tell you ....

some of the girls on here have already when they heard about my method but IT WORKED !!!!!!!

Basically we were trying to concieve for a few months, i was taking folic acid, looked after my diet, cut out all alcohol etc and nothing...#

The month i did get pregnant, hubby and I every single day for a whole month and hey presto!!!!!!

First Tip!
ENJOY IT!- Pull out the sexy lingerie, the candles, the cheesy music, whatever does it for you both, DO IT! You want that baby made in passion not just a quickie to get the job done. (well I did anyway....)

Secondly. KNOW YOUR BODY.

Learn about your temperatures, your diet, what your *ahem-TMI* cervical mucus is telling you about your cycle. Knowing WHEN your ovulating will make getting pregnant a thousand times easier than going in blindly.

This site is free and I have to say, it is amazing! It sends you videos to learn what charting is, how to do it, and how to catch that egg.
Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPK's) help to tell you when your about to ovulate.

I charted for 1 month and got pregnant that month (after my doc told me I wasnt ovulating when after using the site I KNEW I was!) Its not always just that straight forward. But it'll make things run alot smoother.

Hi everyone,

I havent been on this in a while but as I got my !!!! I wanted to share what I have done in this tips section as it may help someone else!

So ....... in October I start taking pregnacare conception (€14 for one months supply from the chemist!) and using fertility friend.com. I found this website super!! It is really easy to use, I also bought a thermometer in the chemist for €8 just a basic one so record my temp on a daily basis!

I was at the doctors in Sept who said that the best advice he can give and I quote is to get your hubby to deposit in the baby bank every day from day 10 - 24!

So in November, while taking my viatmins and recording everything on fertility friend.com, I started to notice my temp rise just slightly for 3 days aound day 20 so we done what the doc ordered and sure enough after the 3 days I noticed my temp go really high which fertility friend indicated was ovulation, this was on day 23 and to be honest the months before that we had been increasing around day 14ish and............ sure enough in Dec we got our ....

So my three tips are:

1. Pregnancare Conception
2. Use Fertility friend.com with a cheapo thermometer
3. DTD from day 10 -24

I really hope this helps some one else – lots n lots of to you all!

Congratulations!! what wonderful news. Thanks so much for the advice, we've trying the exact same things as you guys except the temperature so I'm going to start that and see how we get on.
