Wrecked today, couldn't sleep last night with the cough, then my hubby started snoring when he was lying on his back, took ages to get to sleep, and woke up with a sick stomach around 6. Am glad am working from home today

I was taking benylin chesty cough which i find good but have pleghm so wanted to take something else so got exputex in the chemist

I find exputex makes me cough more lol. I'm not too bad. A day on the couch did me the world of good. Was taking panadol cold and flu but they're useless so just sticking to paracetamol. It's just the pain in my throat and ear that's driving me nuts. How you doing?

Am not too bad, have had a slight ear ache on and off too so hope it doesn't turn into anything else. I find the lempsip cold and flu tablets good. But sometimes just plain paracetemol is the best. Hope you get over it soon.

I've got a high on my cbfm yesterday and today. I know the first time using it can get more high days than normal so waiting to see when i'll get a peak. Kind of exciting. My boobs are slightly sore too. They must have got sore last month coming up to ov not when i was ov, when i started this post (now look at the length of it )

Still on high fertiity this morning, though I was doing a bit of reading and some people didn't get a peak the first cycle they used it so will wait and see, might try and dtd every second day just in case

I'm just going by what the doc told me. We don't force it either but I must say my sex drive is back up and running since xmas after so long on the pill lol. Then again I was watching something the other night and it said that when ttc it should only be every 3 days to get the best out of your mans sperm lmao
