I'm using the calpol saline nasal drops and the pharmacy throat syrup and the baby vick but it's not shifting anything!! I am also trying the snuffle baby aspirator but she has a little cough and it's waking her it's a bit mucusy is there anything I can do to help lift mucus!! She is 7.5 months any tips appreciated

Bring her into a steamy bathroom. Raise the top of the mattress - put a rolled/folded towel or blanket underneath it. Both can help a bit. Hopefully it'll pass soon and won't bother her too much. x

I bought a vaporiser you just add hot water and Vicks vapo liquid find it always helps :)
Sometimes sips of water/milk help calm the cough or calpol it seems to coat the throat and give a little relief. It's tough going hope she's better soon. My Lo is one and has had it plenty of times with a few trips to a&e x
