Feel so sick this morning. So bloated and nauseous and so so tired. Went to bed at 10.30 last night. Didn't get to sleep until 3am :(

Oh no emmsy. I seem to feel like that when I get really hungry so I'm trying to eat small meals more often.
Best of luck at the scan. Twins would be amazing!!!

Yep Russary. April def my month. Emmsy I would def tone down on the exercise. I train hard 5 times a week but have switched to all prenatal training now. I loved the prenatal classes on my last pregnancy it built me up for labour. You don't need to kill yourself just nice regular easy workouts. You need to look after your joints now as the hormones will make them weaker. Is your scan this Sat? Very exciting. My nausea has def kicked in. Finding it difficult to nourish g body and stomach turns at all good foods. Hoping it only lasts a few weeks like last time. How's everyone feeling?

Babyjourney what kind of workouts do you do now? I really want to get a bit fitter orjust as you said keep the joints moving more so looking for ideas apart from walking. thanks.
The nausea is awful isn't it. I find it hard to eat good healthy food or anything apart from toast some days!!

Sorry I've not been on. Had some of the worst days of sickness just about get through work and straight to bed. My 6 year old daughter hasn't a clue what's going on. Scan went great seen the flickering heartbeat and dates are perfect DD 23rd April.
I'm totally toning down the training I just want to keep fit that's it. So gradual easy workouts that's it. Thanks girls.
Ah I'm exact same I've tried to take juices as I can't eat anything healthy only bread and crackers as that's the only things that help the sickness and doesn't make it worse. I'm also hoping that stops soon so I can get some good nutrients into me and baby. Hope your all feeling as well as possible :)

Had my early scan this morning and everything is as i should be. Said due date might be 2nd may but that the hospital might not change it from the 30th April.
Such relief.

Oh emmsy I have a thyroid condition too. Haven't had bloods done yet. Must organise it for next week. Pretty bad here too with the nausea. Have started acupuncture which seems to be helping a bit. Just feel rotten all the time and definitely starting to show. Living on toast at the moment.

Jumping on the train, I'm due in April too. Around the 21-23 they think. I've had a few early scans as i have history of miscarriage but thankfully all is looking good.
I've been so sick with nausea and tiredness, i feel like it's starting to ease a little in the last day or two though. But it's being replaced with crazy hormones. Was very weepy over the weekend and feeling a bit overwhelmed tbh.
I'm living on toast too! :-)

I would always get a rash checked out by a doctor. Has she any other symptoms. Did she eat anything weird or different?
