early labour.....???

Postby justCANTwait » Sat Dec 12, 2015 6:39 pm

Oh my God I am not well. I feel like I'm in very early labour which is nuts as I'm only 33 weeks. Had a very restless night was up for the loo about 10 times and was getting some mild cramps. Cramps again this morning. I had a shower and stupidly got ready and went into town shopping with my hubby and toddler. I didn't make it very far. I was doubled over in pain and started crying in Dunnes. I ended up having to sit down in a cafe and a waitress had to sit with me while my hubby got the car. Pains were a constant very dull crampy feeling low down and in my lower back. Been in bed since, the pains are mostly gone but still feeling crampy on and off and I just got sick. I took two panadol. Haven't rang maternity or anything. Dunno if I should, don't think waters are going and baby is moving fine. I have been getting a good few brax hicks too. Dunno what to think or do.

I think it would be best to ring the maternity since you are only 33 weeks. See what they say. Better be safe than sorry.

I agree with Chloec justcantwait, I'd ring as you are only 33 weeks. If it is labour they might be able to give u something to slow it down or they might give you the steroid injection to boost the lungs. Best of luck.

I agree with chloe, better to be sure that you're ok. If it's early labour it's probably best caught as early as possible.

I'd deffo ring if I were you. It does sound a bit like early labour to be honest. Even just the power of reassurances from them. Hope you feel better soon and its not early labour
