Ugh, that feckin time of year. Is she in a creche? My son had ear and throat infection a few weeks ago. Went to doc and told it was viral and it would go. His temp just would not stay down. After 4 days of temps reaching 41 I had to bring him back. 24 hours on the antibiotic and his temp was down and staying down. Is it a liquid? For some reason he goes mad at taking calpol but took the antibiotic no bother, and the pharmacist said it tasted gross!

Flipped just popping on to say Congrats! I had a section when my son was 17 months. I didn’t lift him for a week but then I felt ok to after that. He did take a little while to get used to me again after being in hosp for 4 nights but after a week it was totally fine and he took to his new sister brilliantly. 3 months in and he hasn’t hit her or thrown anything at her yet lol

No she's not but I have loads of neices and nephews who are. Hopefully the antibiotics will kick in soon. She's 24hours on them now. The poor little man glad he is better

Aw thanks Yvonne, and congratulations, that is great news! What will be will be, once baby gets out safe I am not too worried. Hope you are coping with the unending tiredness, LOL.

Anne hope she is better now today!

Aw Anne what a worry hate when they are sickly! Peter was sick after his 4 month shots the bloody Men B gave him a raging temp. I was demented the last 2 days but he is much better. My consultant said I could easily have a vbac 18 months after a section provided nothing underlying was going on like the placenta previa again or obviously blood pressure or things like that. I had no issues in my pregnancy only the pp. I was raging. But sure he had to come out however it was going to happen. And please God we will have another some day and he or she will arrive safely also. But not for a long time yet. I really struggled mentally when he was born and I hate the idea of it again so soon.

Aw Mrsmc my little man was same after 2 month injections. The nurse never weighed him and he was a big baby (9lbs 4 when born) so there I was giving him the min dose of calpol and sure it wasn't touching him and his temperature wouldn't stay down. Frightening.

Yeah I am same really re vbac, if all is good and no issues we can try for it. There seems to be a lot of rules. Not allowed go too far over, not allowed labour too long, no induction etc. My consultant is totally risk-averse but not at all of a panicker which is good. TBH he's in charge.
