Hi ladies
How is everyone?
I’m back to work this week after being off on my holidays & sick and I have to say I am struggling big time! I’m much bigger than I was before my hols & with the heat I’m finding being on my feet my ankles are like cankles by 5pm!! Also my back is killing me, it’s actually my tail bone I feel like I’m waddling and at 17 +3 it’s way too early for that!!

I'm feeling the same Jess. I'm 18+6 And back is struggling! Can't imagine how we will feel at 30 weeks! I'm on my feet all day and I've decided already there's no way I'm working past 33/34 weeks. Won't be able. How was the holiday? Nice and relaxing?

I was bout 17+ 5 or 6 when I felt the first flutter emily, even now I'm not sure it's so faint. It's still early. But the more ive felt it I'm like oh yeah that's himself! It was right behind my belly button and not sure what else it could be!

Holiday was lovely ladies , struggled a bit with the heat & my back but it was lovely, I’m the same Dotty I’m be gone around the same time I would say if not before as I am on my feet all day also and my job is very stressful.
Emily I haven’t felt any movements yet, I though I felt some thing last week but nothing since so it must have just been gas!! My doc said it could be 20 weeks before you feel anything so try not to worry but saying that I am so anxious to just feel he/she moving x

Really struggling with work at the moment...my back is killing me. Going to have to talk to manager today ad feel I can't carry on with what's happening at the moment. I do a lot of bending and twisting, and my risk assessment says that I shouldn't be doing that all day. I get really stressed having these conversations with people, but I'm going to end up getting signed off soon if things don't change. Seems the risk assessment isn't worth the paper it's written on. Barely slept last night worrying bout it all. I work in a small place so it's hard woth staffing levels..sorry for the moan!!

Thanks girls, I summoned the energy and had the chat! Was good to get it off my chest and they are going to help to make sure I don't get too wrecked etc. I'm really knackered at the moment too so I don't think that's helping with my emotions either, feeling a lot better tonight tho.

Hi Jess, I’m good, 19 weeks tomorrow. I do find I’m a lot more harmonal these days. My bump has really popped and I’m feeling either hungry, angry or tired. I also have lots of little aches and pains. My nudges are getting stronger, felt an actual kick on Saturday so that is exciting. Have obgy app Thursday and then anatomy scan on 31st. How are things with you all? P.S think I’m getting carpal tunnel in wrist..heard this could be a pregnancy thing

Dream carpal tunnel is really common in pregnancy, keep an eye on that you don't want it to get worse.
Glad we're all in the same hungry tired angry boat!!!! I feel really energetic sometimes then just wrecked others (most of the time) it's hard to get comfy at night for me now and this heat is actually killing me. Thank God I'm not 35 weeks pregnant. I'm 20 weeks and I can't believe it. Have my anomaly scan on Tuesday and I'm excited and nervous. I think I'll always be a bit nervous bout scans. Has anyone looked at buggys or anything yet? I've not one thing bought

What buggy is everyone thinking of getting? I’m hearing a lot of different recommendations. A friend said to get a buggy that can become a double buggy if needs be.

I've had loads of recommendations dream, I'm not even going to tempt fate by thinking of number 2. I like the maxi cosi and the uppababy vista, just debating how much we want to spend I suppose

It's definitely my favourite so far, and seems really easy to fold etc and very sturdy.

How is everyone? 18+ 3 here and so exhausted and hungry all the time too!! My sleep is so bad , I’m waking 3-4 times a night to use the loo and finding it hard to go back to sleep, I wanted to curl up at my deck by 2pm today! We have bought a few small bits in the last two weeks like a sterliser and some blankets . Have looked at travel systems too but haven’t bought anything yet, I like the vista too, we going to go to mother care and a few other places after my anomaly scan in August!
We are having a private 3D scan on Saturday I’m so excited for that, haven’t felt any movements yet so I just want some reassurance as baby help but worry about everything
