He should give him a good top & tail!
My dh was amazing when we first brought lo home, but now he doesn't notice laundry, that hoovering needs to be done etc.
I am definitely going to raise my little boy to do housework as soon as possible!

Hi MrsMnM. We got a Chicco poly magic highchair. Find its great. We have it for a while as you can use it from birth and suited our lo with the reflux.
How's all going for you? What age is your lo now? Have you started on solids?

All is going OK for us, our ds will be 5 months next week, I haven't started him on solids yet as our public health nurse said to wait until 6 months or as close to it as possible. But want to get something so he can sit up with us. Have you started on solids? How old is your lo now?

Our lo is 6 months this week. We started him on solids a few weeks ago. All going good so far, he seems to love his food :-) We were told by a paediatrician to start at 4 months, PHN said wait as long as possible because he was in such a good routine that we'd know when he was getting hungry, so we did. We started on baby porridge just as he turned 5 months.

Lovely to hear about September 2016 babies!

Lo just gone 5 months, not on solids yet, sleeping in 3 to 4 months was regressive but he seems to be settling back into a good routine.

Loving the personality coming out more now, attending a few baby classes a week & really enjoying it.

Regarding highchairs, I have a seat that goes on our kitchen chairs or can just put it on the floor, I'll see how it goes.

Hi here :welcomewave , long time away. How is everyone doing?
Baby girl turned 6 months last week, growth spurt and sleep regression in full swing - will it ever end?? Every night is different, and getting increasingly exhausted :brickwall . Also had planned to introduce formula at six months to start reducing breast feeding but baby has had a reaction to formula milk, waiting on dietitian appointment and going to see GP this wk when getting 6 month vaccine. So still ebf here, back to work in 3 weeks time :breastfeeding

Hi all. MrsMnM. I'm starting to come around to the idea of trying again. Although I can imagine it will be so straight forward for us given the issues we had before.
Still no af since she was born so I think I'll need some help again. I was ebf up till she was four months. Started to slowly intro bottles and she is currently only bf at night or for the bit of comfort if needed so I don't think it's the bf that's delaying af.
We had a sleep regression at 3 months drift for a few weeks but thankfully she's sleeping well through the night. Oh God touch wood... started on solids just this week. She is 6 months on Monday. Where did the time go.
Anyways just popped in to wish you all a happy mothers day for tommorow. Xxx

Hi babney, we are trying for number 2!figured might as well try and see what happens! Hard finding the time and energy and I've no idea what I'd do with 2 under 2! We always wanted to have children close together but who knows what will happen. Are you thinking about it?

Hi guys, there's a 21 month age gap between my two, got pregnant around DD1's first birthday. A lot of people thought I was mad having them so close together (and told me so too!) but based on our experience I'd definitely recommend it. DD1 accepted her sister so easily but I think it may have been harder for her if she was older. She really thrived and I noticed a more affectionate and calmer side of her come out. They have a great bond already. DD2 is the most laid back baby and I think it's because she is used to having to wait for her more demanding big sister. The end of the pregnancy was tough but that's my only negative.

Thanks for that kcsmrs, nice to hear people's experiences. We were thinking that ds would easily accept a sibling when he's still very young. Good to hear that 's how it worked for you!
