Hi everyone - after loitering here for ages ive decided to hop on and see where it goes.
Ttc no 1
Cycle 6
BFP due 13th may

I have quite long cycles they can fall between 36 and 40 days so cycle 6 for us is about 12 months in. I’ve had my progesterone checked and on what I’m fairly sure was 7dpo it was 59.1. I’ve no idea whether that is good or bad. All I got from the go was that it was normal range.
I’m hoping to find some company in the madness here. Right now I’m seeing bumps and babies right and left and everybody seems to be pregnant at the drop of a hat. If I hear the word “relax” once more.....!!!!!!

Welcome aboard ladies.. littledream 59.1 is a good result from what I know, i think over 30 confirms ovulation. Have your cycles always been very long? We are all here to help eachother through the madness, the ups and downs x

Got high fertility on a clearblue this morning which surprised me as wasn't expecting it until next week. DtD last night and will go again tomorrow. We DtD every night last month and I think it was too much. I've asked this before but anyone know if it's meant to be better to dtd in AM rather then night?

Have my first fc appointment on the 21st May. Have gone with Merrion Fertility, and have to have a scan this week, and dh has to book in for a repeat semen analysis before the appointment, so hopefully by the time the appt rolls around they'll have a plan and we can get going straight away.

Can I ask how long it took people who have kiddies already how long it took the first time? And I’m asking knowing that it varies hugely. I’m particularly interested in anyone who has a longer cycle like me.
To answer you Lisa, I’ve always had irregular cycles I’ve never been bang on like lots of people are. They would vary. Shortest on record was 27 days and that was nearly 2 years ago. Then I’d jump to 31 and to 33 and to 40 and back to 37. Most annoying. I’m getting to the stage where announcements are just sending me into a tailspin not to mention the dreaded period arriving.

Littledream I have 3 and never had any trouble concieveing before. All were less than 3 months. We're 2.5 years in now trying for this one. (And a miscarriage at 9 weeks last February). I think it's very individual to the person and to their current situation.
