We just torture ourselves don't we, and the amount of money we spend on tests! I'm not sure what dpo I am maybe around 13 or 14 but not certain. I haven't told hubby yet, I just feel like it'll jinx it, mad I know

Yeah I had this plan that since he was away that I could surprise him with a scan picture. About ten minutes after the first light test I texted him!

I'll probably cave and tell him over the weekend. I think I'm going to get a couple of clear blue tests tomorrow and see how many weeks it says and then try hold out until the middle of next week and hopefully see some progression.

So I did the clear blue test and it’s says 3+ weeks. I’m delighted, was hoping for maybe 2-3 so I must be about 5-6 weeks then.

It’s 2-3, I’ll totally take that. On my second boy it went from negative to 3+ in 8 days. It could have been quicker if I tested earlier but my HCG rocketed even though I was only 4 weeks so don’t be disappointed if your scan doesn’t reflected it. It definitely looks great for you.

Thinking back to my big miscarriage I took a digital 9 days after my first light positive and it said 1-2 weeks so that was really really slow progression. This is 5 days later. So my tests are still really light but that must mean nothing. The 2-3 threshold is over 150 HCG

O great cherry I’m delighted for you. on my first going by dates I should have been nearly 12 weeks at the scan but was only 7 and I knew 7 was right. And my second again by dates should have been around 12 but was only 10 but again I knew. So will be thinking the same this time around. Hopefully we might be on a due date train together.

Delighted for you both! Fingers crossed everything stays positive for ye

I am 6dpo according to the positive ov test. But unfortunately in hospital with a chest infection and a very high heart rate. I keep thinking to myself that pregnancy will increase the heart rate and that added with infection and medication is making mine sky high xD

I am getting a pinching pain on my left side so who knows?! They did a pregnancy test because they had to do an x-ray and of course it was negative. On a drip which is making me pee every 5 minutes xD

Sarah you poor dote! My heart was absolutely racing on DS2 for days before my BFP. I was convinced the heart racing was a sign and it was for me so fingers crossed for you. Hope you’re getting some rest in the hospital and being well looked after xx

Sarah I hope you’ll be feeling much better soon. And hopefully the increased heart rate is a good sign. Oliviasmum at least you may get some answers from the clinic and just something small will make all the difference. Moving abroad, the thought must be both exciting and confusing all at once.

Olivia is it far / for long? Are you working here? I know your husband is excited but you still get a say. I’m a stay at home Mam and my husband floated the idea before and I wasn’t having it!

Have you got time to think on it? Is it somewhere you could go for a holiday and get a feel for it?

It starts in September so not really much time to think he is getting details on it sent over to him in the next week it’s in Zurich so I don’t really know what to do yea I’m working here and that’s the thing if I go over there I won’t be able to work as no one to look after the little one and I’m not a stay at home person really I left work for a while and after a couple of months I asked them to take me back

Thanks girls! I got that pinching pain again in the same spot. Not something I have noticed before but maybe overthinking! Also have some cm when I am usually quite dry at this stage.

Heart rate is finally back to normal so I cannot use that excuse anymore xD

You can’t be going hell for leather every month or you’ll burn out!

Had early scan. I’m only 5 weeks. Saw sac and yolk sac so I’ll take that!

Cherrycola, just nipping on here to say I'm so happy to hear things are looking good for you! We were on lots of trains together last year, and you had such a tough run. Fingers crossed for a happy and healthy 8 more months!

Thanks so much weredoingthis! How long do you have left now?

It feels like the right time now for me. All on track today at 5 weeks and next update is in 11 days time. The early days are so so soooo long, especially without DH to give me a break!
