Postby Newlywed » Wed Jan 01, 2014 7:38 pm

Hi ladies, is anybody using ovulation apps . I'm using maybe baby and apparently yesterday today and tomorrow are my days, fingers crossed :doingthedeed ! I've used period diary apps and they've been accurate, dunno about these apps though, might use it with some ovulation sticks and see how accurate it is. :babydust

The most accurate one is fertility friend and you buy a thermometer and take ur temp each morning and input it. The other apps use a standard day 14 ov date which is only an estimate!

Hi newlywed! Id also recommend stocking up on the Internet cheapie ovulation sticks as you don't mind using them twice a day if needed as they are so cheap. When I got my bfp the cheapie ones picked up on ovukation the evening before the clearblue ones did.

Good luck and I hope it's a short journey!

P.S. congratulations on your recent marriage :-)

i assume if you have a thermometer you know that its your resting temperature - and to take it before getting up / moving / even lifting your head if you can manage it :) and take at same time each morning! :goodluck

Thank you so much hopeful2013, I was put off by the price of the ovulation kits but ill look out for some cheapie ones, thanks a million for the tip. They're abit pricey. But hopefully it'll help me conceive.
Thanks so much galwaygirl, I'll try not do anything and just leave it on my bedside locker. :bedtime :thanks xxx
