I never even thought of testing progesterone MrsA, I just presumed it was something they checked in their blood samples. I should really find out exactly what they have tested.

I think they do I’m just in between treatment cycles do wanted to get them checked to make sure everything was ok. I also wanted to get an idea of my vitamin d levels before going again as I was barely at normal range when I got them checked in April last year.

MrsA I totally agree with you on the coffee after 16 months TTC with not a flutter I couldn’t stay off the coffee! I was so good at the start! Pineapples, Brazil nuts the whole thing. Love a nice flat white :)
Hope your prog test goes well! Information is only a good thing!

MrsA thats a perfect progesterone level. Mine was 49 when i got it tested. Anything over is 30 is good so yours shows ovulation definitely took place and progesterone is at a an ideal level.

I’ve never really had that issue but this is the second month in a row where It’s come a week early. I donor know.. I’m really surprised that my progesterone level was still higher from this morning if I was going to get period.

High level is def good MrsA. Do you think any of the supplements are affecting your cycle?

I wouldn’t have thought so as have been taking them since May and been ok. Wonder if it’s the Chinese herbs? I’d have expected side effects to be it getting pushed out not coming early..

On another note has anyone noticed iherb have stopped seeking melatonin to Irish addresses? Anyone know how else we can get this?

Could be the herbs MrsA, could you ask your acupuncturist? Didn't realise that about iherb either. I only received my order from them about 2 weeks ago but that's not ideal.
Just got flashing smiley on CB. Anyone know how many days before it changes to static usually? It's very early for me

Yeah it Might be the herbs although I asked her last month and she said it wouldn’t be. It’s very frustrating as getting a period 7dpo just isn’t normal. Makes me anxious something else is wrong now.

As for the smileys it can be days before u go to static. Last year I remember it could be 6-10 days before I’d get a peak. Everyone is totally different though so I’d say average is maybe 5? Aim to do it every two days while you wait for peak x

Ate you still spotting MrsA or did af come fully? Thanks for that, I'm not worried about dtd as can't try ourselves if going for the biopsy. I just want to get an idea time wise as I've to book biopsy 7-10 days after ovulation and I'll have to book flights, time off work etc!

Oh sorry Michelle I’m an eejit. I forgot about the biopsy. I also didn’t realize you were going abroad to do it.

Spotting has stopped. Say a prayer for me it eases off until Wednesday or so so my luteal phase will be normal.

No worries at all MrsA, hard to keep up with me at this stage! Just want to get it booked and done now, getting anxious at this stage. Hoping I get another few days before that static smiley so.
Did you have the same last month with the spotting stopping??

Ah god I know it’s all so stressful. What does it tell you? Are u gonna go again after?

Last month I got the spotting on 8dpo and it turned into a period after a few hours. This month I got it on 6/7 dpo and it appears to have stopped. I’m 8dpo now and although it hasn’t arrived yet I feel like it will at any minute. I always used to get period 14dpo. i can’t figure out what happened to change it. None of my supplements should shorten it. It’s making me rly nervous for next round as I thought I had done everything right and worried it could go wrong again.
